"Divine Timing"... "Patience"...Please Give Yourself the Grace to Get to where y
I used to say Reclining Hero was my favorite pose... because of the lesson taught during this posture. After my surgery , the first class I taught I had to laugh at loud when I tried to do this pose and then say, it was my favorite. For in that moment, for me it was impossible to do...
How quickly I AM reminded of my own lessons... "Patience..." In the end, it truly doesn't matter how much you want to go somewhere in this life, we are not going anywhere, until we are supposed to be there! you don't have to like this lesson, however, this is how life really works. Good things do come to those who wait and good things ARE worth waiting for. WE, Our Bodies, Our Lives we are ALWAYS worth waiting for! All you have to do is believe in yourself, and remember to breathe...
Hero.. YES.. we ARE All Heroes for showing up and participating in this place we call life.. The key is to give yourself the grace and the patience to get to where you are going. Clearly... Life.. Happens, we need to learn to breathe in and out of it.. We need to learn to LoVe ourselves enough to appreciate the lesson in the challenge. To know the subtle grace in letting go of the control. That it is not in our timing, it is in fact in "Divine Timing." Things happen as they should, when they should. Only then... when we are ready, our lives, our bodies just naturally flow where ever it is we are supposed to be.. Not until we are supposed to be there.. So PLEASE Breathe.. You'll get there when you're supposed to..
Anything that annoys you is for teaching you patience.
Anyone who abandons you is for teaching you how to stand up on your own two feet.
Anything that angers you is for teaching you forgiveness and compassion.
Anything that has power over you is for teaching you how to take your power back.
Anything you hate is for teaching you unconditional love.
Anything you fear is for teaching you courage to overcome your fear.
Anything you can't control is for teaching you how to let go and trust the Universe.
